lbertasetossopAse L’Bert
From the age of 7 when he began singing in his church choir, and with the assistance of his late Uncle, Ase has focused on training in voice, piano, and violin. Since being awarded a music scholarship to the University of Akron, Ohio, Ase has resided in and performed as a solo artist and a backup singer in Miami, FL, Los Angeles, CA, and now Omaha. He is currently the Lead Vocalist for R-Style Band and Founder/CEO of Singerman1 Entertainment, and also regularly shares his talent with fans of The Ozone’s own “Smooth Jazz Society”.

If you like jazz you can listen to and think all good, original, next-gen smooth jazz is written by great musicians in other cities, you have to come check out some of Omaha’s finest. You never knew Omaha had guys of this caliber writing excellent new music locally, but she does. Add Ase’s fine renditions of artists like Stevie Wonder, and you won’t even need dessert by the time they’re done with the first set!
With American Grammophone recording artist Ron Cooley on guitar, former nationally touring artist Dennis Strawn on woodwinds, New Orleans trained drummer Chris Heaney on drums, and some guy named Randy on keys……..

you gotta check these guys out!

You won’t be disappointed.
